摘要
复合阻尼减振技术可以通过内部阻尼材料的能量消耗,实现对振动响应的衰减。针对某机载光电吊舱振动响应过大问题,开展复合阻尼减振设计与分析。综合考虑重量、尺寸、使用环境、衰减效果以确定阻尼材料、敷设区域、厚度、约束刚度等。仿真及测试结果表明,使用复合阻尼减振技术可有效降低传递至光电吊舱的振动响应,提升图像效果,具有较强的工程应用价值。
Composite damping technology can reduce the vibration response through energy consumption of internal damping material.A composite damping vibration reduction design and an analysis is carried out for an airborne optoelectronic pod to attenuate its large vibration.The damping material,laying area,thickness,restraining stiffness and so on are determined with overall consideration of the weight,size,service environment and attenuation effect.Simulation and test results show that the composite damping technology can effectively reduce the response to the optoelectronic pod,improve the imaging effect,and has a strong engineering application value.
