基于集合覆盖模型和线性加权和法的选址问题研究——以兰州和平高校聚集区应急物流中心选址为例

摘要 应急服务设施点的选址是应急物流管理中不可缺少的一个内容,当突发事件出现时,位置合理的应急服务设施点可以在最短的时间内响应需求,保证充足的物资供应。应急服务设施点决策对于应急物流至关重要,正确的决策不仅可以降低物流成本,还能保证应急物资的时效性。文章根据兰州和平高校聚集区物流发展情况、各个需求点时空相对距离,充分考虑到应急物流物资配送的时效性特点,基于集合覆盖模型对兰州和平高校聚集区9个候选点进行初步筛选,从成本、设施基础和柔性等方面选择相应的评价指标,采用线性比例变换方法对指标值进行标准化处理,最后采用线性加权和法对初选方案进行综合分析比较,最终得出兰州和平高校聚集区应急物流中心的最佳选址。 A very essential aspect of emergency logistics management is the site selection of emergency service facility agency.When an emergency occurs,a reasonably located emergency service facility point can respond to demand in the shortest time and ensure sufficient material supply.The decision-making of emergency service facilities is crucial for emergency logistics.Correct decision-making can not only reduce logistics costs,but also ensure the timeliness of emergency supplies.Based on the development of logistics in Heping,Lanzhou.The relative spatiotemporal distance of each demand point,and fully considering the timeliness of emergency logistics material distribution,this article conducts a preliminary screening of 9 candidate points in Heping are based on a set coverage model.Corresponding evaluation indicators are selected from three aspects:Natural environment,facility infrastructure,and social environment.Linear proportional transformation method is used to standardize the indicator values,finally,the weighted factor scoring method was used to comprehensively compare and analyze the initial plan,and the optimal location for the emergency logistics center in Heping was ultimately determined.
