乡村振兴背景下农村智慧物流发展困境及对策研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Smart Logistics under the Background of Rural Revitalization

“十四五”期间,中共中央、国务院多次提出推动农村流通高质量发展,积极推动农村智慧物流建设,对优化产业结构、促进城乡发展以及实现乡村振兴具有战略意义。乡村振兴战略的实施为农村智慧物流建设提供了重要的政策支持,加速了农村物流行业向智能化、自动化、信息化发展的速度。乡村振兴战略背景下,文章对当前我国的农村智慧物流发展现状和发展困境进行了较为系统的分析,并对当下农村智慧物流发展的瓶颈之处做出相对应的对策和建议。对提升农村地区智慧物流的发展水平有一定的帮助,能够更好的推动乡村振兴。

During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council repeatedly proposed to promote the high-quality development of rural circulation and actively promote the construction of rural smart logistics,which has strategic significance for optimizing the industrial structure,promoting urban and rural development and realizing rural revitalization.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has provided important policy support for the construction of rural smart logistics,and accelerated the development of the rural logistics industry to intelligence,automation and information.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current development status and development dilemma of rural smart logistics in China,and makes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the bottlenecks of the current development of rural smart logistics.It is helpful to improve the development level of smart logistics in rural areas,and can better promote rural revitalization.
