摘要
由于生鲜农产品难储存、易腐烂等特性,致使对供应链各环节的要求极高。文章基于供应链生产、加工、流通、销售四个环节,利用AHP,对影响生鲜农产品供应链质量安全因素进行了定性与定量的探究分析,进而为提升生鲜农产品供应链质量安全提出针对性的建议。
Due to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products,such as difficult to store,easy to rot,etc.,the demand for each link of the supply chain is extremely high.Based on the four links of the supply chain,including production link,processing link,circulation link and sales link,this paper uses AHP to conduct qualitative and quantitative exploration and analysis on the factors affecting the quality and safety of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products,and then puts forward targeted suggestions for improving the quality and safety of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
