国际组织的艺术传播:国际人文交流合作的新路径

Art Communication of International Organization:A New Path of the International Humanities Exchange and Cooperation Issue

以文化艺术交往为核心的国际人文交流合作,在推动人类社会现代化和世界文明繁荣的进程中具有不可替代的作用,而一直制约和阻碍国际人文交流合作的主要因素包括某些西方国家的“泛安全化”逻辑、文化势能差异下的文化霸权和话语霸权,以及实践路径的缺位。国际人文交流合作可在“致君行道”与“觉民行道”模式之外,将以国际组织、民间智库等第三部门艺术传播为载体的新路径作为补充。以文艺类国际组织为例来看,国际人文交流摆脱困境需要在平等、包容、多元的全球跨文化传播语境下发挥文化艺术非竞争性与非排他性的公共产品属性,以增加此类交流合作的广度和深度。

International cultural and artistic exchanges and cooperation,with cultural and artistic exchanges as the core,play an irreplaceable role in promoting the modernization of human society and the prosperity of world civilization.Throughout history,the logic of“pan-securitization”,cultural and discourse hegemony caused by cultural differences,and the absence of practical paths have been the main factors constraining and hindering international cultural exchanges and cooperation.International cultural exchange and cooperation require finding a new path beyond“to promote the Confucian concept of‘Tao’by persuading the monarch”and“to promote the Confucian concept of‘Tao’by awakening the public”,that is,a new path of international cultural exchange that uses art communication from third sectors such as international organizations and folk think tanks as carriers.Taking international organizations in the field of literature and art as an example,to overcome the dilemma of international cultural exchange,it is necessary to leverage the non-competitive and non-exclusive public product attributes of culture and art in a global cross-cultural communication context that is equal,inclusive,and diverse,and expand the breadth and depth of international cultural exchange and cooperation.
