风险警示对新型农业经营主体生存时间的影响:促进还是抑制

The Impact of Risk Warning on the Survival Time of New Agricultural Business Entities:Promotion or Inhibition

在风险信息愈发透明的市场,新型农业经营主体破险而立,成为推动农业农村发展的重要力量。文章基于第三方数据平台搜集整理的11760个新型农业经营主体风险警示信息数据,研究不同类型风险警示对新型农业经营主体生存时间的影响。研究表明:(1)监管风险、司法风险、经营提醒警示在一定程度上有助于延长新型农业经营主体的生存时间;(2)风险警示对家庭农场、种植大户延长生存时间具有较强的正向促进作用,对农业企业和农民专业合作社的影响稍弱;(3)处于更高密度关联关系中的新型农业经营主体,风险警示对其延长生存时间的促进作用会减弱。因此,监管部门应利用好第三方平台的风险警示功能,促进新型农业经营主体及时、高效整改,提升其发展质量,延长经营寿命。

In the market with more and more transparent risk information,new agricultural business entities have emerged an important force in promoting agricultural and rural development.This paper was based on the risk warning information data of 11760 new agricultural business entities collected and collated by the third-party data platform,this paper studied the impact of different types of risk warnings on the survival time of new agricultural business entities.The results showed that:(1)Regulatory risk,judicial risk and operation warning helped prolong the survival time of new agricultural business entities to a certain extent;(2)Risk warning had strong positive effects on the survival time of family farms and large farmers,but had weaker effects on agricultural enterprises and farmers’professional cooperatives;(3)The promotion effects of risk warning on the survival time were weaker on new agricultural business entities in higher density correlation relationships.Therefore,the regulatory authorities should make full use of the risk warning function of the third-party platform to promote the timely and efficient rectification of new agricultural business entities,improve their development quality,and extend their business life.
