摘要
文章利用2014—2021年31个省份的面板数据,运用门槛回归模型和空间面板模型实证检验了数字经济发展的非线性环境效应与空间效应。结果表明,数字经济发展能够显著改善环境污染,且主要通过与第二产业融合后实现高污染、高耗能产业数字化转型来降低污染排放;数字经济发展对环境污染的改善在产业集聚、产业结构和人口规模上存在门槛效应;数字经济发展对本省环境污染的改善效应存在滞后性,邻近省份数字经济发展以相同方式对本省环境污染改善产生空间溢出效应,且通过吸收邻近省份数字经济溢出效应更有利于促进本省环境污染的改善。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2014 to 2021,this paper empirically examines the nonlinear environmental and spatial effects of digital economy development by using threshold regression model and spatial panel model.The results are shown as the following:The development of digital economy can significantly improve environmental pollution,and mainly reduce pollution emissions by achieving digital transformation of high pollution and high energy consuming industries through integration with the secondary industry.The improvement of environmental pollution caused by the development of digital economy has a threshold effect on industrial agglomeration,industrial structure and population scale.There is a lag in the improvement effect of the digital economy on environmental pollution in this province.The development of digital economy in neighboring provinces has a spatial spillover effect on environmental pollution improvement in this province in the same way,and absorbing the spillover of digital economy in neighboring provinces is more conducive to promoting the improvement of environmental pollution in this province.
