摘要
文章立足数字产业链基础能力、抵抗能力、恢复能力、可持续能力四个维度,建立中国数字产业链韧性水平评价指标体系。在此基础上,使用熵值法测算2015—2021年数字产业链韧性水平,并使用泰尔指数、局部莫兰指数,探析中国数字产业链韧性水平的时空演化特征和区域间差距。结果表明:全国数字产业链韧性水平整体表现出稳步攀升趋势,三大地区呈东部>西部>中部的分布格局;全国及不同地区数字产业链韧性水平差距随时间推移均不断缩小,且主要来源于区域内差距;数字产业链韧性水平具有显著的空间相关性,且以“高-高”集聚和“低-低”集聚为主。
This paper is based on the four dimensions of basic ability,the resistance ability,recovery ability,and sustainability ability of digital industry chain to establish an evaluation index system for the resilience of China’s digital industry chain.On this basis,the entropy method is used to calculate the resilience level of the digital industry chain from 2015 to 2021,and the Theil index and local Moran’s index are adopted to explore the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and regional disparities of the resilience level of China’s digital industry chain.The results go as below:The overall resilience level of the national digital industry chain shows a steady upward trend,and the three regions show a distribution pattern of the eastern region>the western region>the central region.The overall gap in the resilience level of the digital industry chain across the country and different regions continues to narrow over time,and mainly comes from intra-regional gap.The resilience level of the digital industry chain has a significant spatial correlation,and the“high-high”agglomeration and“low-low”agglomeration are the main ones.
