中国高技术产业创新质量的时空演化与分布动态

Spatiotemporal Evolution and Distribution Dynamics of Innovation Quality in China’s High-tech Industry

文章从创新投入质量、创新产出质量、创新转化质量与创新扩散质量4个维度切入,建立高技术产业创新质量评价指标体系,利用熵值法进行综合评分。基于2015—2022年我国30个省份的面板数据,采用Kernel密度估计法分析高技术产业创新质量的时空演变和动态分布特点。研究结果显示,高技术产业创新质量呈持续提升趋势。不同省份高技术产业创新质量表现出显著的阶梯分布特点;在地区层面体现出“东部地区>东北地区>中部地区>西部地区”的分布格局。高技术产业创新质量具有“高高”集聚与“低低”集聚特征;不同地区高技术产业创新质量表现出显著的空间差异,但总体上展现出差异缩小趋势。

This paper starts from the four dimensions of innovation input quality,innovation output quality,innovation transformation quality and innovation diffusion quality to establish a high-tech industry innovation quality evaluation index system,and then uses entropy method to conduct a comprehensive score.Finally,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2015 to 2022,the paper uses the Kernel density estimation method to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution and dynamic distribution characteristics of innovation quality in high-tech industry.The research results are shown as follows:The innovation quality of high-tech industry is continuously improving.The innovation quality of high-tech industries in different provinces shows significant hierarchical distribution characteristics.At the regional level,it reflects the distribution pattern of“eastern region>northeastern region>central region>western region”.The innovation quality of high-tech industry has the characteristics of“high-high”agglomeration and“low-low”agglomeration.There is a significant spatial gap in the innovation quality of high-tech industries in different regions,but the overall gap shows a decreasing trend.
