大规模设备更新行动方案下大型设备价格形成因素研究——基于对特高压一次设备材料费、研发支出及人工费用测算分析

摘要 特高压一次设备属于大规模设备,研究特高压一次设备价格的形成因素,不仅为特高压一次设备价格的形成因素研究提供理论依据,还有利于提升电力工程造价的科学性,促进电力造价的精细化管理和电力装备企业发展。本文选取特高压一次设备材料费(铜材和钢材)、研发支出和人工成本作为解释变量分析其对特高压一次设备价格的影响。通过实证分析发现,材料费(铜材和钢材)、人工成本及研发支出和特高压一次设备价格均为正向关系,且材料费(铜材和钢材)和人工成本对特高压一次设备价格的影响大于研发支出的影响。基于此,应充分考虑多重因素制定特高压一次设备信息价,加快形成和发展电力装备企业新质生产力,推进重点行业设备更新改造。 UHV primary equipment is a large-scale equipment.Studying the formation factors of UHV primary equipment price not only provides a theoretical basis for the study of the formation factors of UHV primary equipment price,but also helps to improve the scientificity of power engineering cost,promote the fine management of power cost and the development of power equipment enterprises.This paperselects the material cost(copper and steel),R&Dexpenditure andlabor cost ofUHV primary equipment as explanatory variablesto analyze its impact on the price ofUHV primary equipment Through empirical analysis it is foundthatthematerial cost(copper and steel),labor cost and R&D expenditure and UHV primary equipment price are all positive relationships,and the influence of material cost(copper and steel)and labor cost on the price of UHV primary equipment is greater than that of R&D expenditure.Therefore,we should fully consider multiple factors to formulate the information price of UHV primary equipment,accelerate the formation and development of new quality productivity of power equipment enterprises,and promote the renewal and transformation of equipment in key industries.
