高灵敏度驻极体传声器设计

摘要 针对声学测量设备对驻极体传声器灵敏度和一致性的要求,开展驻极体传声器开路输出声压模型研究、驻极体传声器一致性影响因素和控制方法研究,完成驻极体传声器结构设计和样机研制。测试结果表明,驻极体传声器的灵敏度为7.0 mV·Pa^(-1)、频率响应范围为10~40 kHz,在100~1 000 Hz的频率范围内相位一致性保持在±1°以内,达到设计要求,满足测量设备使用要求。 In view of the requirements of acoustic measurement equipment on the sensitivity and consistency of electret microphone,the open-circuit output sound pressure model of electret microphone,the influencing factors and control methods of electret microphone consistency are studied,and the structure design and prototype development of electret microphone are completed.The test results show that the sensitivity of electret microphone is 7.0 mV·Pa^(-1),the frequency response range is 10~40 kHz,and in the frequency range of 100~1000 Hz,the phase consistency is kept within 1°,which meets the design requirements and the use requirements of measuring equipment.
