摘要
[目的/意义]探究社会支持与大学生数字成瘾的关系,对于有效预防和干预大学生数字成瘾具有重要意义,然而有关两者关系的实证研究结果存在不一致问题。[方法/过程]运用元分析方法,采用随机效应模型,对国内外51篇相关实证研究文献进行综合分析,明确两者之间的关系,并通过异质性检验、亚组分析和元回归分析,探索导致各研究间存在差异的原因,从而检验调节变量的影响。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,社会支持与大学生数字成瘾呈中等程度的显著负相关,其中主观支持和家庭支持对数字成瘾的大学生干预效果最佳;社会支持测量工具和学历层次显著调节社会支持与大学生数字成瘾的关系。
[Purpose/Significance]Exploring the relationship between social support and college students’digital addiction is important for effective prevention and intervention of college students’digital addiction.However,there are inconsistencies between the results of empirical studies on the relationship.[Method/Process]This paper used meta-analysis method and random effects model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 51 relevant empirical studies at home and abroad,so as to clarify the relationship between the two.And it explored the causes of the differences among the studies through heterogeneity test,subgroup analysis and meta-regression analysis to test the influence of moderating variables.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that social support has a moderately significant negative correlation with college students’digital addiction.Subjective support and family support are the most effective interventions for digitally addicted college students.Social support measurement tools and educational level significantly moderates the relationship between social support and college students’digital addiction.
