耳穴压豆及穴位按摩在腰椎间盘突出术后便秘中的应用效果

Effect of Auricular Point Pressure Combined with Acupoint Massage on Constipation after Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨分析在腰椎间盘突出术后便秘中应用耳穴压豆及穴位按摩临床疗效。方法本文研究对象选取我院于2022年1月—2022年12月收治的行腰椎间盘突出手术治疗患者,共185例,按照随机抽签分组方式划分所有研究对象,抽取黄签患者纳入观察组(93例),抽取蓝签患者纳入对照组(92例),给予对照组患者应用穴位按摩,予以观察组患者在对照组基础上添加耳穴压豆,观察分析两组研究对象临床疗效、便秘恢复情况、心理状态与生活质量等情况。结果治疗后,观察组疗效和对照组患者对比明显较高,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的首次排便时间、重建排便时间与平均排便时长等短于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理状态与生活质量评分与对照组患者比较更具有优势,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出术后应用耳穴压豆及穴位按摩能改善患者便秘症状,缓解患者因术后便秘产生的不良情绪,有效提升生活质量,所以,该方式值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressure combined with acupoint massage on constipation after surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 185 patients undergoing surgery for lumbar disc herniation in Beijing Chaoyang Integrative Medicine Rescue and First Aid Hospital from January to December in 2022 were enrolled in this study.The patients were grouped by random drawing.Specifically,the patients drawing yellow labels were included in the observation group(n=93),and those drawing blue labels were included in the control group(n=92).The patients in the control group received acupoint massage,and those in the observation group received auricular point pressure on the basis of acupoint massage.The clinical effect,recovery from constipation,psychological status,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group showed higher clinical effect than the control group(P<0.05).The time to first defecation,defecation reconstruction time,and average defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the psychological status and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressure combined with acupoint massage can alleviate the constipation after surgery for lumbar disc herniation,mitigate the adverse emotions caused by postoperative constipation,and improve the quality of life.Therefore,this method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
