“三步九环节”模拟病房教学模式在《金匮要略》实践教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨“三步九环节”模拟病房实践教学模式在《金匮要略》实践教学中的应用,从而为《金匮要略》课堂实践教学改革提供参考。方法以广州中医药大学经方研讨班教学查房录像为素材,在所授课班级采用模拟病房的实践教学形式;选择具有典型性、代表性及实际临床意义的病例,运用三步九环节流程让学生以“医生”的角色参与病例讨论并开具中医处方,进而探讨自己与中医专家考虑问题的角度与差距。结果三步九环节模拟病房教学模式提高了学生的课堂参与意识,调动了学生学习的积极性与主动性;学生对教材理论知识的掌握优于传统的课堂教学模式。结论三步九环节模拟病房实践教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于活跃课堂气氛,有利于贯彻理论联系实际的教育原则,有益于培养学生临床思维与能力,对于《金匮要略》课程的教学改革也有示范和推广意义,更是对中医本科生培养模式的有益探索。 Objective To explore the application of a three-step and nine-link simulated ward teaching mode in the practical teaching of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue)and provide reference for the teaching reform of this course.Methods The ward rounding videos of the classical prescription teaching office at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were used,and a simulated ward teaching mode was adopted in the teaching.The typical and representative cases of clinical significance were selected.A three-step and nine-link process was adopted,in which students were encouraged to engage in case discussions as doctors,prescribe traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions,and explore the perspectives and gaps between themselves and TCM experts when considering problems.Results The three-step and nine-link simulated ward teaching mode improved students’participation and mobilized their enthusiasm and initiative in learning.The students being taught in this mode outperformed those in the conventional classroom teaching mode in mastering the theoretical knowledge in textbooks.Conclusion The three-step and ninelink simulated ward teaching mode can stimulate students’learning interest,activate the classroom atmosphere,implement the educational principle of integrating theory with practice,and cultivate students’clinical thinking and skills.Moreover,it has demonstration and promotion significance for the teaching reform of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),and it is conducive to the exploration of the training mode for undergraduates majoring in TCM.
