IS91的遗传特点及其与细菌耐药关系的研究进展

摘要 细菌抗生素耐药已成为当今世界面临的严峻问题,携带耐药基因的可移动遗传元件(mobile genetic elements,MGEs)在同种或不同种细菌之间的快速传播加速了耐药性的形成,这给临床治疗细菌感染带来了巨大挑战。插入序列(insertion sequence,IS)是最简单的MGE,其编码一个转座酶基因且它的两侧存在反向末端重复序列。IS91家族是目前已知的26种插入序列家族成员之一,其名下现有34名家族成员。近期研究表明,IS91家族的许多成员与抗生素耐药性密切相关,因此本文将从IS91家族的发现、遗传特征、IS91与插入序列共同区(ISCR)的异同以及其与耐药和毒力基因传播的关系等方面展开综述,以期为未来细菌耐药性研究提供参考。 Bacterial antibiotic resistance has become a serious problem facing the world today.The rapid spread of mobile genetic elements(MGEs)carrying antibiotic resistant genes between the same or different bacterial species has accelerated the formation of antibiotic resistance,posing a huge challenge to clinical treatment of bacterial infections.The insertion sequence(IS)is the simplest MGE,which encodes a transposase gene and has reverse terminal repeat sequences on both sides.The IS91 family is one of the 26 known insertion sequence family,with 34 members to its name.Recent studies have shown that many members of the IS91 family are strongly associated with antibiotic resistance.Therefore,this article will review the discovery and genetic characteristics of IS91 family,similarities and differences between IS91 and insertion sequence common region(ISCR),as well as their relationship with drug resistance and virulence gene transmission,so as to provide reference for future research on bacterial drug resistance.
