摘要
植物根际促生菌能通过固氮、溶磷、解钾、产生铁载体、分泌次生代谢物和激素、诱导植物抗逆基因表达等方式改变植物的形态或生理特性,增加植物对营养元素的利用率,进而提高其产量、品质及抗逆性。本文综述了根际促生菌在提升园艺作物对干旱、极端气温、重金属、盐胁迫抗性的研究进展,并对其应用前景和方向进行展望。
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria can change the morphological or physiological characteristics of plants by fixing nitrogen,solubilizing phosphorus,solubilizing potassium,generating iron carriers,secreting secondary metabolites and phytohormones,and regulating plant stress resistance genes to increase the utilization rate of nutrients in plants and thus improve the yield,quality,and stress resistance of plants.The research progress of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria in enhacing the resistance of horticultural crops to drought,extreme temperature,heavy metals and salt stress,and theprospects and directions of their application are outlined.
