贵州灵芝三萜提取及其配制酒抗氧化性研究

Study on the Extraction of Triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum and the Antioxidant Activity of its Prepared Liquor

摘要 以贵州灵芝为原材料,采用有机溶剂浸提法提取其有效成分灵芝三萜,通过单因素试验和正交试验得到优化工艺参数,在此基础上制备灵芝三萜配制酒并考查其稳定性和抗氧化性。结果表明,浸提法最优工艺条件为提取温度75℃,料液比1∶35,乙醇体积分数75%,提取时间2.0 h,在此条件下灵芝三萜得率为1.15%。抗氧化试验结果表明,灵芝三萜酒对DPPH自由基、羟自由基和ABTS^(+)自由基清除率分别为85.2%,36.8%和63.5%,Fe^(3+)还原力为0.965,表明灵芝三萜配制酒具有较好的抗氧化能力。为品质可控的灵芝三萜配制酒的开发和应用提供了基础数据。 Triterpenoids,the active components of Ganoderma lucidum,were extracted from the fungus by organic solvent extraction method,and the optimal process parameters were obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.Furthermore,the antioxidant activity and stability of the liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids were also investigated.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 75℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35,ethanol concentration of 75%,and extraction time of 2.0 h.Under these conditions,the highest yield of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids was 1.15%.The scavenging rates of DPPH·,hydroxyl radicals,ABTS^(+)·and Fe^(3+)reducing power of the liquor were 85.2%,36.8%,63.5%and 0.965,respectively,indicating that the liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids had good antioxidant capacity.This paper provided theoretical basis for the development and application of quality-controllable liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids.
