摘要
为探究辣椒多糖提取最佳工艺,以金华农科院提供的降糖辣椒为材料,利用超声波辅助,分析料液比、超声功率及超声时间对多糖提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-behnken响应面分析法优化辣椒多糖提取条件,最佳提取条件为料液比1∶32.97,超声功率154.53 W,超声时间28.19 min,在最佳工艺下,辣椒多糖得率为6.18%。
In order to explore the best extraction method of polysaccharide from pepper,this experiment used glucose lowering pepper provided by Jinhua Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the material and analyzed the effects of solid-liquid ratio,time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of polysaccharide.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-behnken response surface analysis was used to optimize the extraction conditions of pepper polysaccharide.The optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1:32.97,power of 154.53 W,time of 28.19 min.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of polysaccharide reached 6.18%.
