热处理钢丝张力检测及控制

摘要 简述钢丝在热处理过程中张力稳定的重要性,以此设计出以PLC、人机界面、步进电机控制器为控制中心,压力传感器、速度编码器为检测元件,步进电机为执行机构的控制系统。说明电气控制原理和控制过程,详述系统的张力检测原理和张力计算依据,给出系统框图和控制流程图。使用表明:该系统能实现不同条件下张力检测的一致性,满足工艺控制的要求。 Importance of precise tension for steel wires during heat treatment is briefly described,control system wad designed such as PLC,man-machine interface,stepper motor controller as control center,pressure sensor,speed encoder as detection element,stepper motor as actuator.Electrical control principle and control process are explained,tension detection principle and tension calculation basis of system are detailed,and system block diagram and control flow chart are given.It is proved that system can achieve consistency of tension detection under different conditions and meet requirements of process control.
