文章旨在探讨高速铁路动车组运行风险研判,统筹发展和安全工作,并提出建议安全措施,列举全路典型历史案例,从规章制度、作业流程、闭环管理等环节,充分研判动车组安全风险,并保证安全关键受控,为沈阳局集团公司整体安全工作献计献策。
The paper aims to discuss operational risks of high-speed EMUs,coordinate development and safety work,and propose safety measures.It fully analyzes the safety risks of EMUs through listing typical historical cases of the entire railway from the aspects of rules and regulations,operation processes,closed-loop management,etc.,and ensures that the safety key is under control,providing suggestions and recommendations for the overall safety work of China Railway Shenyang Group Company.
