高校辅导员思政课教学实效性探究——以“形势与政策”课为例的扎根分析

摘要 高校辅导员参与思政课,尤其是“形势与政策”课教学已成为当前高校的普遍现象。实效性是衡量思政课教学质量的关键指标,提升高校辅导员上思政课的实效性是推动思政课建设内涵式发展的重要任务,而学生认同是高校辅导员上思政课实效性评测的重要指标。高校辅导员上思政课为学生认同的构建提供了身份基础、实践基础和情感基础,在不同程度上形成了高校辅导员上思政课的身份认同、知识认同、情感认同和价值认同。同时,高校辅导员上思政课存在的亲和力和针对性尚可、思想性和理论性偏弱的情况,又在消解着学生认同,进而影响思政课的实效性。可以从把握理论的彻底性、教育的规律性、文化的根植性和情感的共通性四个方向,进一步提升辅导员上思政课的实效性。 The participation of college advisors in ideological and political theory courses,especially the"Situation and Policy"course,has become a common phenomenon.Effectiveness is a key indicator for assessing the quality of ideological and political theory courses.Improving the practical effectiveness of college advisors'teaching in ideological and political theory courses is an important task for promoting the development of these courses.Student acceptance is a crucial indicator in evaluating the practical effectiveness of college advisors'teaching in ideological and political theory courses.College advisors'teaching provides the basis for student identity,practical experience,and emotional connection.It forms identity,knowledge,emotional,and value recognition to varying degrees.However,challenges such as weak theoretical and ideological aspects may affect student acceptance,consequently,the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.To enhance the practical effectiveness of advisors'teaching,attention should be given to thorough theoretical understanding,adherence to educational principles,cultural integration,and emotional resonance.
