人工智能时代高校意识形态安全的现实境遇、风险样态与防范机制

Realities,Risks,and Safeguards for Ideological Security in Higher Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

高校是中国共产党意识形态工作的前沿阵地,也是西方敌对势力对我国进行渗透分化的重点领域。人工智能引发全新的科技革命,正在颠覆性地改变世界的社会互动形式,这导致高校意识形态安全面临新的境遇与风险,包括文化霸权渗透、政治认同弱化、价值引领失焦、治理效能减弱等新生场域意识形态安全风险,给党对高校的全面领导和高校落实立德树人根本任务造成冲击。高校应充分研判人工智能时代意识形态安全面临的潜在风险,遵循符合人工智能时代特征的防范原则,建立健全前瞻预警机制、应急处置机制、责任保障机制,对高校意识形态安全风险进行超前防范。

Higher education institutions serve as the forefront battleground for ideological work in our party,but they are also the key areas targeted by Western hostile forces for infiltration and division.The artificial intelligence has sparked a new technological revolution,fundamentally altering the dynamics of social interaction worldwide.Consequently,ideological security in higher education faces novel challenges and risks.These risks include the penetration of cultural hegemony,weakening of political identity,loss of focus on core values,and weakening of governance effectiveness.These risks pose a significant challenge to the Party's comprehensive leadership over universities and the universities'fundamental mission of fostering virtue and talent.Universities should thoroughly analyze the potential risks to ideological security in the era of artificial intelligence,adhere to prevention principles that align with the characteristics of this era,and establish and improve forward-looking early warning mechanisms,emergency response protocols,and accountability safeguards to proactively guard against ideological security risks in universities.
