武乡县革命老区红色资源赋能乡村振兴路径

Research on the Path of Rural Revitalization Empowered by Red Resources in the Old Revolutionary Base Area of Wuxiang County

近年来学者把对红色旅游研究的关注从仅强调教育功能、传承与保护等方面转向探讨其综合价值,并与乡村振兴相结合,助力乡村发展。武乡县是太行精神的重要发源地和形成地,其红色资源具有经济、政治、生态等多种价值。通过梳理武乡县红色资源赋能现状,发现当地存在基础设施不完善、景区定位同质化、人才匮乏等不足,针对其中存在的不足并结合当地优势,提出特色产业引领、文旅品牌加持、产业结构优化、人才服务支撑四项策略,进一步推动武乡县旅游发展,促使资源多种价值联动,实现乡村振兴目标。

In recent years,scholars have switched the focus of red tourism research from emphasizing just on the educational function,inheritance and protection to exploring its comprehensive value,and combining it with rural revitalization to help rural development.Wuxiang County is a significant origin and formation place of the Tai hang spirit,and its red resources offer economic,political,ecological and other values.The study discovered concerns with the current state of red resource empowerment in Wuxiang County,such as imperfect infrastructure,homogeneous positioning of scenic spots,and lack of talents.Given the shortcomings and local advantages,four strategies were proposed:leading characteristic industries,supporting cultural tourism brands,optimizing industrial structure,and supporting talent services,so as to further promote the tourism development of Wuxiang County,promote the linkage of multiple values of resources,and achieve the goal of rural revitalization.
