新文科视域下地方本科高校小学教育专业人才培养路径探析

An Analysis of the Cultivation Path of Elementary Education Majors in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities Under the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

摘要 新文科建设强调对文科人才培养模式进行改革,促进学科交叉融合,注重培养创新型复合人才,对小学教育专业人才培养提供了新的机遇和挑战。探讨新文科建设的背景与内涵,分析五所地方本科高校小学教育专业人才培养方案,指出新文科视域下地方本科高校小学教育专业人才培养的现实需求与专业建设困境。从立足基础教育需求,创新新文科人才培养理念、打破专业壁垒,促进学科融合互通,构建多元融合的课程体系、建立多维度教师发展体系,夯实教师队伍建设三个方面提出了新文科视域下地方本科高校小学教育专业人才培养路径。 The construction of new liberal arts provides new opportunities and challenges for the cul⁃tivation of primary education majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper probes into the background and connotation of the construction of new liberal arts,analyzes the training programs of primary education majors in five local colleges and universities,and points out the practical needs and difficulties in the cultivation of primary education majors in local colleges and universities under the per⁃spective of new liberal arts.It puts forward the cultivation path of primary education majors in local col⁃leges under the new liberal arts perspective from the following three aspects:the innovation in the educa⁃tional philosophy of new liberal art talents,the integration of cross-disciplinary and diversified curricu⁃lum system,and the construction of a strong multi-dimensional teaching force.
