支气管哮喘发作期应用布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗对患儿肺功能指标的改善作用

Effect of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Montelukast on Improving Pulmonary Function Indexes in Children with Bronchial Asthma Attack

目的探讨支气管哮喘发作期应用布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗对患儿肺功能指标的改善作用。方法选取2020年6月至2023年3月苏州高新区人民医院收治的处于发作期的68例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组予以布地奈德单药雾化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标[第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼吸峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)]以及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分]。结果观察组治疗有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PEF、FVC及FEV_(1)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI中睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间睡眠障碍、催眠药物评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘发作期患儿实施布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗,能够提升治疗效果,促进肺功能恢复,进而改善患儿的睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast on pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 68 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Suzhou High-tech Zone People's Hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide single drug atomization,and the observation group was treated with montelukast based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators(first second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),peak respiratory flow rate(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC) and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI) score) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group(94.12%) was higher than that of control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF,FVC and FEV_(1) in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime sleep disorder and hypnotic drugs in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast in children with bronchial asthma attack can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of lung function,and thus improve the sleep quality of children.
