布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合鼻腔冲洗在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Budesonide Nasal Spray combined with Nasal Irrigation in Postoperative Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的 探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合鼻腔冲洗在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年1月至2023年1月于泰州市第四人民医院接受手术治疗的133例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=67)与观察组(n=66)。对照组术后给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂,观察组术后给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂与鼻腔冲洗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子变化情况、鼻腔功能改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组鼻气道总阻力(NAR)、鼻腔最小截面积-前鼻孔间距(DCAN)、嗅觉功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05),鼻腔容积(NCV)、鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂及鼻腔冲洗治疗可有效减轻炎症反应,改善鼻腔功能,降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective To explore the application value of budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal irrigation in postoperative patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 133 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who received surgical treatment in Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=67) and observation group(n=66).The control group was given budesonide nasal spray after operation,and the observation group was given budesonide nasal spray and nasal irrigation after operation.The clinical efficacy,the changes of inflammatory factors,the improvement of nasal function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2) and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total nasal airway resistance(NAR),minimum nasal cross-sectional area-anterior nostril distance(DCAN) and olfactory function score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the nasal volume(NCV) and minimum nasal cross-sectional area(NMCA) were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with budesonide nasal spray and nasal irrigation can effectively reduce inflammation,improve nasal function and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
