摘要
肝纤维化是肝脏对其自身慢性损伤产生的一种伤口愈合反应,肝纤维化的主要特点是肝星状细胞(HSC)的活化导致细胞外基质的过度异常沉积,该过程是一个可逆的过程。本文主要探讨黄酮类、萜苷类等天然化合物中的活性成分通过对HSC的抗氧化作用,抑制HSC的过度活化,以期能为天然化合物通过抗氧化作用抑制HSC活化进而治疗肝纤维化提供新思路。
Liver fibrosis is a wound-healing response of the liver to its own chronic injury.The main feature of liver fibrosis is that the activation of hepatic stellate cells leads to excessive abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix,which is a reversible process.In this study,the active components of natural compounds such as flavonoids and terpene glycosides inhibited the overactivation of hepatic stellate cells through antioxidant effects on hepatic stellate cells,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis by natural compounds inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells through antioxidant effects.
