赋能健康教育指导在腹股沟疝术后患者中的应用效果及对生命质量与早期下床活动的影响

Application Effect of Empowerment-based Health Education in Postoperative Inguinal Hernia Patients and Its Influence on Quality of Life and Early Ambulation

目的 探讨赋能健康教育指导在腹股沟疝术后患者中的应用效果及对生命质量、早期下床活动的影响。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月高安市人民医院收治的60例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(n=30,常规护理)和观察组(n=30,在对照组基础上实施赋能健康教育指导)。比较两组患者护理前后术后恢复情况、生命质量、健康知识认知程度及自我护理能力。结果 观察组首次下床时间、首次排气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组疾病知识、并发症预防知识、日常生活注意事项评分及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对腹股沟疝术后患者实施赋能健康教育指导,能够强化健康认知,增强自护能力,缩短术后恢复时间,加快下床活动速度,提高生命质量。

Objective To explore the effect of empowerment-based health education on postoperative inguinal hernia patients and its influence on quality of life and early getting out of bed.Methods Sixty cases of inguinal hernia patients admitted to Gao 'an People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=30,routine care) and observation group(n=30,empowered health education guidance was implemented on the basis of the control group) according to different nursing methods.Postoperative recovery,quality of life,health knowledge cognition and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical life,physical function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of disease knowledge,complication prevention knowledge,daily life precautions and self-care ability scale(ESCA) in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of empowering health education guidance for postoperative inguinal hernia patients can strengthen health cognition,enhance self-care ability,shorten postoperative recovery time,accelerate the speed of getting out of bed,and improve the quality of life.
