南水北调韩庄泵站永磁卧式贯流泵机组经济运行探析

摘要 韩庄泵站作为南水北调东线一期工程第九梯级提水泵站,现每年调水量超12亿m 3,机组运行电费很大,研究优化机组经济运行方案,对泵站节能降耗具有十分重要意义。文章通过对机组历年运行数据进行统计分析、效能计算,梳理出影响机组经济运行的四大因素,针对影响因素逐一进行数据对比研究,提出相应的改进运行措施,为永磁卧式贯流泵机组经济运行提供科学技术指导。 As the ninth-stage pumping station of the first phase of the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,Hanzhuang Pumping Station currently pumps over 1.2 billion cubic meters of water annually,incurring significant electricity costs.Studying and optimizing the economic operation of the units is of paramount importance for energy conservation and consumption reduction at the pumping station.This paper conducts statistical analysis and efficiency calculations based on the historical operation data of the units,identifying four major factors influencing the economic operation.By comparing and studying the data related to these factors,corresponding improvement measures are proposed,providing scientific and technological guidance for the economic operation of the permanent magnet horizontal axial flow pump units.
