摘要
随着公路工程建设项目造价管理方式的不断创新和发展,工程造价管理分析的数字化、标准化和高效化需求明显,而工程造价信息化管理信息交互和共享不足、软件设计连贯性弱等问题随之暴露。结合上述问题及实际业务场景,文章对公路工程造价管理分析的多个维度进行深入分析,设计并研发了公路工程造价智能分析评价系统,通过远程在线报备、在线智能审查,实现材料价格信息管理、造价审查与造价分析的在线处理,并与全国造价管理信息系统互联互通,为各层级造价管理用户提供多源造价信息服务,为基于大数据支持的决策分析提供应用支撑,全面促进工程造价管理的数字化和精细化。研究结果表明,系统在充分挖掘造价数据信息资源的潜在价值、有效提高公路工程造价管理效率方面具有一定的实用价值。
With the continuous innovation and development of cost management methods in highway construction projects,there is a clear demand for digitization,standardization,and efficiency in engineering cost management analysis.However,problems such as insufficient information exchange and sharing in engineering cost information management,weak software design coherence,and other issues have been exposed.Based on the above issues and practical business scenarios,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of multiple dimensions of highway engineering cost management analysis,designs and develops an intelligent analysis and evaluation system for highway engineering costs.Through remote online reporting and online intelligent review,the aim is to achieve online processing of material price information management,cost review and cost analysis,and to interconnect with the national cost management information system.It provides multi-source cost information services for cost management users at all levels,provides application support for decision analysis based on big data support,and comprehensively promotes the digitization and refinement of engineering cost management.The research results indicate that the system has certain practical value in fully tapping into the potential value of cost data information resources and effectively improving the efficiency of highway engineering cost management.
