摘要
针对目前视障人群助行产品过于强调技术和功能,忽视了视障人群的情感需求和经济承受能力问题,文章从用户体验的视角出发,结合FBS模型理论,为视障人群助行产品的设计提供可行性建议。首先,对现有助行产品进行分类对比及优缺点分析,梳理存在的问题;其次,结合视障人群的特征,借助用户旅程地图分析视障人群出行的痛点及需求;最后,通过应用FBS模型进行变量之间的层级映射,提出视障人群助行产品的设计策略,并进行产品的优化设计实践。以期为视障人群助行产品设计提供新的方向和思路。
In response to the current emphasis on technology and functionality in assistive products for the visually impaired,which neglects their emotional needs and economic affordability,this article provides feasible suggestions for the design of assistive products for the visually impaired from the perspective of user experience,combined with the FBS model theory.Firstly,classify and compare existing walking assistance products,analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and identify the existing problems;Secondly,based on the characteristics of the visually impaired population,analyze the pain points and needs of their travel using user journey maps;Finally,by applying the FBS model for hierarchical mapping between variables,a design strategy for assistive products for visually impaired people is proposed,and product optimization design practices are carried out.In order to provide new directions and ideas for the design of assistive products for visually impaired people.
