体验设计在儿童医院空间中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Experience Design in Children's Hospital Space

在整个医疗体系中,儿童医院需要独具特色,充分考虑孩子们的生理与心理需求,营造出温馨、舒适的氛围。我国儿童医院体验设计水平不均,部分已开始引入体验设计,但整体仍有提升空间。文章首先以国外优秀儿童医院体验设计为例,探讨改善患儿就医体验、提升医疗质量的方法。其次结合案例,提出国内儿童医院空间设计的思考及未来的研究方向。以期为构建温馨、舒适、童趣的儿童医院空间设计提供一定的借鉴,改善儿童的就医体验。

In the entire medical system,children's hospitals need to be unique,fully consider the physical and psychological needs of children,and create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.The level of experience design in children's hospitals in China is uneven,some of them have begun to introduce experience design,but there is still room for improvement.This paper first takes the experience design of foreign excellent children's hospitals as an example to explore ways to improve the medical experience and medical quality of children.Secondly,combined with the case,the author puts forward the thinking and future research direction of the space design of domestic children's hospitals.In order to provide some reference for building a warm,comfortable and childlike space design of children's hospital,and improve children's medical experience.
