摘要
目前,听觉障碍人士的相关产品随着时代的进步不断创新。但是在就医辅助产品方面,单一的产品设计已不足以支撑听觉障碍人士完成整个就医过程,要从新的服务视角为听觉障碍人士就医提出新的解决方案,解决听觉障碍人士就医过程中遇到的困难。文章基于听觉障碍人士生理和心理多个角度,将服务设计、交互设计、产品设计等多种设计方式相结合,设计一款适用于医疗服务的听觉障碍人士就医流程的产品,从而帮助听觉障碍人士解决就医难题,促进现代智能化医院的建设。
At present,products related to people with hearing impairments are constantly innovating with the progress of the times.However,in terms of medical assistance products,a single product design is no longer sufficient to support people with hearing disabilities to complete the entire medical process.New solutions need to be proposed from a new service perspective to solve the difficulties encountered by people with hearing disabilities in seeking medical treatment.The article combines multiple design methods,such as service design,interaction design,and product design,based on the physiological and psychological perspectives of people with hearing disabilities.It designs a product that is suitable for the medical treatment process of people with hearing disabilities,in order to help them solve medical problems and promote the construction of modern inteligent hospitals.
