摘要
随着城市不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭,许多城市的产业结构和空间格局也在不断进行重构,留下大量废弃闲置的旧工业厂区。如何推动资源型城市旧工业区的更新,文章结合城市整体的发展需求,思考新的社会功能,赋予工业区持续的生命力。在此背景下,文章以枣庄市薛城焦化厂为例,对其现状和发展潜力进行梳理,引入弹性理念,以功能弹性、文化弹性、生态弹性、社会经济弹性为出发点,制定更新设计策略,以期为旧工业厂区的更新改造设计提供新的视角和方法。
With the gradual depletion of non renewable resources in cities,the industrial structure and spatial pattern of many cities are constantly being restructured,leaving behind a large number of abandoned and idle old industrial factories.How to promote the renewal of old industrial zones in resource-based cities,consider new social functions based on the overall development needs of the city,and endow industrial zones with sustained vitality.In this context,the article takes the Xuecheng Coking Plant in Zaozhuang City as an example to sort out its current situation and development potential,introduces the concept of elasticity,and formulates update strategies based on functional elasticity,cultural elasticity,ecological elasticity,and socio-economic elasticity,in order to provide new perspectives and methods for the renovation of old industrial plants.
