某核电站钢制外穹顶建造技术

摘要 本研究提供了一种核电站钢制外穹顶建造方法,该建造方法相比传统建造方法质量控制更好,安全风险降低,节约工期约61 d。钢穹顶采用三点式支撑体系、移动式脚手架作业平台、模块化拼装进行钢穹顶拼装,采用合理的吊索具连接方式,运用有限元技术对钢穹顶吊装工况下的强度、变形进行分析,通过索力监测系统对吊装过程吊索受力进行实时监测,采用二级索力调整系统对索力进行调整,有效保证了钢穹顶吊装安全。同时钢穹顶拼装、吊装形成了钢穹顶建造技术。实践证明,该建造技术可有效提高钢穹顶建造效率,减小钢穹顶拼装、吊装变形,保证了钢穹顶建造质量和安全。 In this study,a construction method was introduced for the outer steel dome of a nuclear power plant.Compared with the conventional construction method,this method features better quality control and lower safety risks,and can save the construction period by about 61 days.The steel dome was fabricated with the three-point support system,mobile scaffold platform and modular assembly,and connected with appropriate cables.The strength and deformation of the steel dome under hoisting conditions were analyzed by finite element technologies.The stress on the cables was monitored in real time by the cable force monitoring system in the hoisting process,and the cable force was adjusted through the secondary tension control system,thus effectively ensuring the hoisting safety of the steel dome.The steel dome construction technology consists of steel dome assembly and hoisting,where the practice has proven that the construction technology can effectively improve the efficiency of steel dome construction,reduce the steel dome deformation in assembly and hoisting,and ensure the quality and safety of steel dome construction.
