冷弯薄壁系统在外装工程中的应用

摘要 为解决幕墙工程中传统支撑体系施工效率低、环保性能差的问题[1],基于北美洲巴哈马“The Pointe”项目,提出并验证了冷弯薄壁系统[2]在外装工程中的应用,详细介绍了冷弯薄壁系统的安装工艺,并与传统轻钢结构系统的施工过程进行对比,探究冷弯薄壁系统的先进性;同时与传统轻钢系统的力学性能进行对比,分析两种不同支撑体系的力学性能差异;针对冷弯薄壁系统紧固件存在的螺丝抗拉拔问题[3],提出了可靠的解决方式,研究成果可为冷弯薄壁系统在外装幕墙工程中的推广应用提供参考。 In order to solve the problems[1]of low construction efficiency and poor environmental performance of the conventional support system in curtain wall engineering,taking the Pointe project in Bahamas,north america as an example,the application of the cold-formed thin-walled system in exterior wall engineering was proposed and verified.The installation process of the cold-formed thinwalled system[2]was introduced in detail.The advanced properties of the cold-formed thin-walled system was explored through comparison with the construction process of the conventional light steel structure system.In addition,the differences between this support system and the conventional light steel structure system were analyzed by comparison.A reliable solution was also proposed to prevent screws from being pulled out in the cold-formed thin-walled system[3].This study provides a practical reference for the promotion of cold-formed thin-walled systems in exterior curtain wall engineering.
