摘要
高层办公建筑的核心筒在平面布局中的相对位置会影响办公空间的空间组织。本研究首先通过调研合肥地区28所现有高层办公建筑,归纳出研究模型。其次设置8组不同的核心筒平面布局形式,使用YJK碳排放计算软件对8种工况分别进行模拟,探讨核心筒在平面布局中的相对位置对建筑使用阶段碳排放的影响。最后,通过对8种不同核心筒布局下的高层办公建筑碳排放量结果的对比及分析,为高层办公建筑的平面组织设计提供节能减排策略。
The relative locations of core tubes in high-rise office building layouts affect the office space organization.In this study,a model was developed first based on 28 high-rise office buildings in Hefei.Secondly,the impact of relative locations of core tubes on carbon emissions of buildings in use was explored by setting 8 groups of core tube layouts and simulating 8 conditions with the YJK carbon emission calculation software.Finally,the carbon emissions of high-rise office buildings involving 8 different core tube layouts were compared and analyzed,thus providing an energy saving and emission reduction strategy for the high-rise office building layout design.
