摘要
本文基于国家企业信用信息公示系统数据,发现集体经营性建设用地入市改革显著促进了农村市场主体的增长,改革后试点县农村市场主体的新增数量比非试点县高38.3%。机制分析表明,对国有建设用地指标约束的缓解是入市改革促进农村市场主体增长的主要途径。同时,入市改革显著促进了县域经济增长、农民增收和劳动力就业。本文为理解土地要素市场化改革推动乡村振兴和经济增长的微观过程提供了经验证据。
Using dataset from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System,we find that rural collective commercial construction land marketization has significantly promoted the growth of rural market entities,featured by a 38.3%increase in new rural market entity numbers in pilot counties.Mechanism tests suggest alleviating urban construction land quotas as a main driver and this reform has significantly promoted county-level economic growth,increased income for farmers and employment of labor force.
