补肾通痹方联合中医骨伤整脊手法在腰椎间盘突出症中的作用及对患者MRI影像学、血清指标的影响

Effect of Bushen Tongbi Formula Combined with Traditional Chinese Orthopedic Chiropractic Manipulation in Lumbar Disc Herniation and Its Influence on MRI Imaging and Serum Indexes of Patients

目的:探讨补肾通痹方联合中医骨伤整脊手法在腰椎间盘突出症中的作用及对患者MRI影像学、血清指标的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月于泉州泉港仁爱医院诊治的102例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据数字排列表法分为对照组(n=52)与观察组(n=50)。对照组患者给予中医骨伤整脊手法,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾通痹方,比较两组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)、腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清炎症因子、MRI影像学指标及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前各项评分、血清炎症因子指标及MRI影像学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分、血清炎症因子水平、MRI影像学指标均低于对照组,但JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通痹方联合中医骨伤整脊手法有利于改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度,提高腰椎功能恢复,改善临床MRI影像学指标,降低炎症反应,提升临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Tongbi Formula combined with traditional Chinese orthopedic chiropractic manipulation in lumbar disc herniation and its influence on MRI imaging and serum indexes of patients.Method:A total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated and treated in Quanzhou Quangang Ren’ai Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=50)according to the numerical arrangement table method.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine bone injury chiropractic manipulation,and the observation group was given Bushen Tongbi prescription on the basis of the control group.Oswestry disability index(ODI),Lumbar spine Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation and Treatment(JOA)score,visual analog scale(VAS),serum inflammatory factors,MRI imaging indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in scores,serum inflammatory factors and MRI imaging indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores,ODI scores,levels of serum inflammatory factors and MRI imaging indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,but JOA scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 78.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tongbi Formula combined with traditional Chinese orthopedic chiropractic manipulation is conducive to improving the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improving the recovery of lumbar function,improving clinical MRI imaging indexes,reducing inflammatory response and improving clinical efficacy.
