清中降浊汤治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis of Liver-stomach Heat Stagnation Type

目的:探讨清中降浊汤治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月龙岩市中医院脾胃科门诊明确诊断为肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的70例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,各35例。对照组予以艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清中降浊汤,两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、内镜下食管黏膜分级及反流性疾病问卷(reflux diagnostic questionnaire,RDQ)评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床症状积分、RDQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组临床症状积分、RDQ评分较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后内镜下食管黏膜分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清中降浊汤治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者临床效果明显,可以保护和修复食管黏膜,改善临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach heat stagnation type.Method:A total of 70 patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach stagnated heat type who diagnosed in the Outpatient Department of Spleen and Stomach Department of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Esomeprazole Magnesium Entericcoated Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group,two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,endoscopic esophageal mucosal grading and reflux diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ)score were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the clinical symptom score and RDQ score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom scores and RDQ scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The endoscopic esophageal mucosal grading in the treatment group after treatment was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach heat stagnation type,which can protect and repair the esophageal mucosa,improve clinical symptoms.
