基于前馈控制的管理模式在神经外科重症患者中的应用

Application of Feedforward Control-based Management Model in Critically Ill Patients in Department of Neurosurgery

目的:探究基于前馈控制的管理模式在神经外科重症患者中的应用。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月东莞市长安医院收治的100例重症患者。随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组按常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予基于前馈控制的管理模式。比较两组相关指标、时间指标、家属护理满意度、生活质量。结果:研究组误吸、窒息、反流、吸入性肺炎发生率及误吸风险评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组意识恢复时间、机械通气时间、ICU停留时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组护士的整体形象、服务意识等评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组行动能力、自己照顾自己能力等评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于前馈控制的管理模式应用于神经外科重症患者中,可以降低患者误吸发生率及并发症,促进患者早日康复,使患者及家属满意。

Objective:To explore the application of feedforward control-based management model in critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery.Method:A total of 100 critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery of Dongguan Chang’an Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing management,and patients in the study group were given feedforward controlbased management model on the basis of the control group.The related indicators,time indicators,family nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two group of patients.Result:The incidence rates of aspiration,asphyxia,reflux and aspiration pneumonia and aspiration risk score in study group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consciousness recovery time,mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay and hospital stay in study group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of overall image,service awareness of nurses in study group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mobility ability,self-care ability in study group after nursing were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control-based management model in critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery can effectively reduce the incidence and risk of aspiration,effectively accelerate the recovery of patients,and enhance the patients and family nursing satisfaction.
