屈螺酮炔雌醇片、雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装对稽留流产清宫术后患者β-EP、ENK及子宫内膜容受性的影响

Effects of Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets,Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets Composite Packaging on β-EP,ENK and Endometrial Receptivity in Patients after Uterine Clearance Surgery for Missed Abortion

目的:对比屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思悦)、雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装(芬吗通)对稽留流产清宫术后患者β-内啡肽(β-EP)和脑啡肽(ENK)及子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:回顾性选取2022年8月—2023年11月苏州永鼎医院收治的102例稽留流产清宫术后患者。根据用药方式的不同将其分为优思悦组(n=22)和芬吗通组(n=80)。优思悦组给予优思悦,芬吗通组给予芬吗通。比较两组术后恢复指标,术前、术后1个月子宫内膜容受性指标、细胞因子指标。结果:芬吗通组月经再次来潮时间短于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,芬吗通组Salle评分及子宫内膜厚度均高于优思悦组,搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)均低于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,芬吗通组β-EP和ENK水平均低于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产清宫术后口服芬吗通较优思悦更有利于子宫内膜修复并降低血清β-EP、ENK水平,促进术后康复。

Objective:To compare the effects of Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Yousiyue),Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets Composite Packaging(Fenmatong)onβ-endorphin(β-EP)and enkephalin(ENK)and endometrial receptivity in patients after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion.Method:A total of 102 patients after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion treated in Suzhou Yongding Hospital from August 2022 to November 2023 was retrospectively selected.They were divided into Yousiyue group(n=22)and Fenmatong group(n=80)according to different medication methods.The Yousiyue group was given the Yousiyue,the Fenmatong group was given Fenmatong.Postoperative recovery indexes,endometrial receptivity indexes before and 1 month after surgery and cytokines indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The recurrence time of menstruation in Fenmatong group was shorter than that in Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,Salle score and endometrial thickness in Fenmatong group were higher than those in Yousiyue group,and pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,β-EP and ENK levels in Fenmatong group were lower than those in Yousiyue group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Fenmatong is more beneficial to endometrial repair and reduce serumβ-EP and ENK levels after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion than Yousiyue,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
