耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后康复中的应用研究

Auricular Point Pressure Bean Combined with Acupoint Application in the Postoperative Rehabilitation of Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在泰安市第一人民医院接受结直肠癌手术治疗80例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组生活质量评分、疼痛评分、肠功能恢复时间和并发症发生率。结果:干预2周后,两组各维度生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d、2 d、3 d,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排气时间和首次排便时间明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组吻合口瘘、肠梗阻及总并发症发生例数少于对照组,两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后康复中的应用,可以显著提高患者的生活质量,减轻疼痛感,加快肠功能的恢复,并发症发生率不高,是一种安全有效的康复治疗方法。

Objective:To explore the application effect of auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application in postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients who received surgical treatment for colorectal cancer in the First People's Hospital of Tai’an from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was added auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score,pain score,intestinal function recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of intervention,the quality of life scores of all dimensions in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on 1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases of anastomotic fistula,intestinal obstruction and total complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application in the postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce pain,accelerate the recovery of intestinal function,and the incidence of complications in not high,which is a safe and effective rehabilitation treatment.
