早期康复措施联合温针灸在颅内血肿清除术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Measures Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Patients with Intracranial Hematoma Evacuation

目的:探讨早期康复措施联合温针灸在颅内血肿清除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年12月南华大学附属第二医院收治的116例颅内血肿清除术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为试验组和参照组,各58例。参照组给予术后常规护理措施,试验组采用早期康复措施联合温针灸干预,比较两组干预前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活能力评分、神经递质水平及并发症。结果:干预后,两组NIHSS评分降低,MMSE评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活能力评分、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)和多巴胺(DA)水平升高,且试验组NIHSS评分低于参照组,MMSE评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活能力评分、NE、Ach和DA水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为3.45%,低于参照组的13.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047)。结论:早期康复措施联合温针灸可改善颅内血肿清除术患者神经功能,提高意识水平,改善运动功能和日常生活能力,调节神经递质水平,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation.Method:A total of 116 patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine postoperative nursing measures,and the experimental group was given early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Fugl-Meyer score,daily living ability score,neurotransmitter level before and after intervention and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the NIHSS scores of two groups were decreased,the MMSE scores,Fugl-Meyer scores,daily living ability scores,norepinephrine(NE),acetylcholine(Ach)and dopamine(DA)levels were increased,and the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the MMSE score,Fugl-Meyer score,daily living ability score,NE,Ach and DA levels were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.45%,which was lower than 13.79%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation can improve the neurological function,improve the level of consciousness,improve motor function and daily living ability,regulate the level of neurotransmitters,and reduce complications.
