已上市治疗产后缺乳中成药的核心处方多维度分析

摘要 目的分析已上市治疗产后缺乳中成药组方规律、核心处方及其作用机制。方法收集中成药价值评估信息数据库中治疗产后缺乳的中成药,运用频数统计与关联规则分析用药特点及组方规律;利用网络模块划分法挖掘核心处方,从成分-靶点-生物通路角度分析其作用机制。结果共收集到23种中成药处方,含69味中药,涉及8种剂型、2种药品类别。使用频次最高的为当归、王不留行,支持度最高的药对为王不留行-当归。核心处方组成为王不留行、川芎、当归、白芍及甘草,均可调节催乳素及其下游信号通路。结论关联规则与网络模块划分相结合能够多维度分析治疗产后缺乳用药规律,为中药治疗产后缺乳的临床应用提供参考。 Objective To analyze the prescription rules,core prescriptions and mechanism of action of listed Chinese patent medicines for postpartum hypogalactia.Methods The Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia were collected from the Chinese patent medicine value evaluation information database,and the frequency statistics and association rules were used to analyze the medication characteristics and prescription rules.By using the network module division method,the core prescriptions were excavated,and the mechanism of action was analyzed from the perspective of component-target-biological pathway.Results A total of 23 kinds of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were collected,including 69 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,involving 8 dosage forms and 2 drug categories.The most frequently used drugs are Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Vaccariae Semen,while the most supported drug pairs was Vaccariae Semen-Angelicae Sinensis Radix.The core components of the prescriptions were Vaccariae Semen,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,all could regulate prolactin and its downstream signaling pathway.Conclusion The combination of association rules and network module division can analyze the medication rules of postpartum hypogalactia in multiple dimensions,and provide references for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.
