微生物检验在尿路感染中的临床诊断价值与防治作用

摘要 目的探讨微生物检验在尿路感染中的临床诊断价值与防治作用。方法抽取我院2019年1月至2022年12月400例尿路感染患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各200例。采集两组中段尿液标本,开展检验工作,其中对照组采用常规检验技术,观察组采用微生物检验技术,并分别结合检验结果取抗生素制剂予以治疗。比较两组的诊断准确率、临床治疗效果、感染程度;分析患者病原菌种类及药敏试验结果。结果观察组对尿路感染的诊断准确率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中度、重度感染占比低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿路感染患者在开展微生物检验后显示,占比最高为大肠埃希菌,为62.00%;奇异变形杆菌次之,为18.00%;普通变形杆菌14.00%;阴沟肠杆菌6.00%。药敏试验结果显示,亚胺培南敏感率为100.00%,阿米卡星为96.00%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦为86.00%,头孢唑啉为64.00%,诺氟沙星为66.00%。结论微生物检验技术可提高尿路感染患者的诊断准确率,增强防治作用,结合微生物检验及药敏试验结果制定治疗方案,可为规避感染事件奠定坚实基础。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value and prevention effect of microbiological test in urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 400 patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 200 cases in each group.The middle urine samples of the two groups were collected to carry out the test work,the control group was adopted routine test technology,and the observation group was adopted microbiological test technology,and the antibiotic preparations were taken according to the test results.The diagnostic accuracy,clinical treatment effect and infection degree of the two groups were compared;the types of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity test results were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of urinary tract infection in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of moderate and severe infection after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the microbiological test,the patients with urinary tract infection showed that the highest proportion was Escherichia coli,which was 62.00%;Proteus mirabilis was the second,accounting for 18.00%;Proteus vulgaris was 14.00%;Enterobacter cloacae was 6.00%.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the sensitivity rate of imipenem was 100.00%,amikacin was 96.00%,piperacillin/tazobactam was 86.00%,cefazolin was 64.00%,and norfloxacin was 66.00%.Conclusion The microbiological test technology can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with urinary tract infection,enhance the prevention and treatment effect,and formulate the treatment plan based on the results of microbiological test and drug sensitivity test,which can lay a solid foundation for avoiding infection events.
