耳穴埋豆联合情志护理对更年期综合征患者心理状况、睡眠质量的影响

Effects of auricular buried beans combined with emotional nursing on psychological status and sleep quality of patients with menopausal syndrome

目的探究耳穴埋豆联合情志护理对更年期综合征患者心理状况、睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的100例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴埋豆联合情志护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑量表、抑郁量表及压力量表评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的入睡时间、夜间苏醒、比期望的时间早醒、总睡眠时间、总睡眠质量、白天情绪、白天身体功能、白天思睡评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的血管舒缩症状、心理状态、生理状态及性生活评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合情志护理可改善更年期综合征患者的心理状况及睡眠质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of auricular buried beans combined with emotional nursing on psychological status and sleep quality of patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with menopausal syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given auricular buried beans combined with emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety scale,depression scale and stress scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the time of falling asleep,waking up at night,waking up earlier than expected,total sleep time,total sleep quality,daytime mood,daytime physical function and daytime sleepiness scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of vasomotor symptoms,psychological state,physiological state and sexual life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular buried beans combined with emotional nursing can improve the psychological status and sleep quality of patients with menopausal syndrome,which has promotion value.
