急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后血清SFRP5、CLU的表达及对预后的影响

Expressions and influence on prognosis of serum secreted frizzled-related protein-5 and clusterin in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)、簇集蛋白(CLU)的表达及对预后的影响。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月于射洪市人民医院心内科就诊的80例AMI患者作为观察组,另选择同期本院健康体检者80例作为对照组。比较两组血清SFRP5、CLU水平,并比较不同心功能分级、不同预后患者血清SFRP5、CLU水平。采用Pearson相关分析法分析AMI患者PCI术后血清SFRP5、CLU的水平与预后的相关性。结果观察组血清SFRP5水平低于对照组,CLU水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者血清SFRP5水平低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,CLU水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级(P<0.05);预后不良组血清SFRP5水平低于预后良好组,CLU水平高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析结果显示,AMI患者PCI术后血清SFRP5与预后呈负相关,CLU的水平与预后呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论AMI患者PCI术后血清SFRP5、CLU的表达与预后密切相关,通过监测血清SFRP5、CLU的表达水平,可为AMI患者的精准治疗和预后评估重要参考。

Objective To investigate the expressions and influence on prognosis of serum secreted frizzledrelated protein-5(SFRP5)and clusterin(CLU)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods AMI patients(n=80)were chosen into observation group and meanwhile healthy subjects(n=80)were chosen into control group from Department of Cardiology in People’s Hospital of Shehong City from Mar.2022 to Mar.2023.The levels of serum SFRP5 and CLU were compared between 2 groups and among patients with different heart function grades and different prognosis.The correlation among levels of serum SFRP5 and CLU and prognosis was analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis in AMI patients after PCI.Results The level of SFRP5 was lower and level of CLU was higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).In observation group,SFRP5 level was lower and CLU level was higher in patients with grades Ⅲ~Ⅳ of NYHA classification than that in patients with grades Ⅰ~Ⅱ of NYHA classification(P<0.05).The level of SFRP5 was lower and level of CLU was higher in poor prognosis group than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that SFRP5 level was negatively correlated to prognosis and CLU level was positively correlated to prognosis(P<0.05)in AMI patients after PCI.Conclusion The expressions of SFRP5 and CLU are closely correlated to prognosis in AMI patients after PCI.The monitoring of SFRP5 and CLU expressions can provide important reference for precise treatment and prognosis assessment in AMI patients.
