“Y”型裁剪透明敷料在留置针防堵管中的应用效果

Research on the Application of“Y”-Shaped Cutting Transparent Dressing in the Prevention of Blocking of Indwelling Needle Tube

目的:探究“Y”型裁剪透明敷料在留置针防堵管中的应用。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年12月本研究院收治的肿瘤患者100例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规留置针穿刺法,观察组患者采用自创“Y”型裁剪透明敷料。比较两组患者堵管发生情况,比较两组患者留置针留置时间,比较两组患者留置针非计划拔管率,比较两组患者舒适度及满意度。结果:观察组患者留置针回血堵管情况、留置针留置时间、留置针非计划拔管率、舒适度及满意度与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“Y”型裁剪透明敷料在留置针防堵管中作用显著,有利于患者的康复,提高患者的舒适度及满意度。

Objective:To explore the application of"Y"-shaped cutting transparent dressing in preventing blockage of indwelling needle tubes.Methods:100 tumor patients admitted to our research institute from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients used conventional indwelling needle puncture method,while the observation group patients used self created"Y"-shaped cutting transparent dressing.Compare the occurrence of tube blockage between two groups of patients,the retention time of indwelling needles,the unplanned extubation rate of indwelling needles,and the comfort and satisfaction of patients in both groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed statistically significant differences in the situation of blood blockage,retention time,unplanned extubation rate,comfort,and satisfaction of the indwelling needle compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"Y"-haped cuttingtransparent dressing plays a significant role in preventing clogging of indwelling catheters,beneficial for patient rehabilitation,improving patient comfort and satisfaction.
