福建省107所医院外来器械与植入物管理现状调查

Survey on the Current Status of Management of Exotic Medical Devices and Implants in 107 Hospitals in Fujian Province

目的:调查福建省107所医院消毒供应中心外来器械与植入物管理现状。方法:采用分层抽样法,对福建省107所三级、二级医院进行问卷调查和实地调查,并收集分析数据。结果:调查中的107所医院中,104所(97.20%)医院已建立外来器械与植入物的管理制度,68所(63.55%)医院设置专岗负责制,45所(42.06%)医院进行首次接收测试,41所(38.32%)医院可全部获取使用说明书。结论:医院应重视外来器械与植入物管理,完善外来器械制度管理体系;医院消毒供应中心应落实外来器械专人专岗,加强外来器械再处理各环节质量管理,针对薄弱环节进行重点质控。尤其关注首次接收测试、提高使用说明书的获取比例,以保障医疗质量与患者安全。

Objective:To investigate the management status of foreign medical devices and implants in 107 hospital central sterilized supply department(CSSD)in Fujian province.Methods:Stratified sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey and field investigation in 107 tertiary and secondary hospitals in Fujian province,and the data were collected and analyzed.Results:Among the 107 hospitals in the survey,104(97.20%)hospitals established the management system of foreign medical devices and implants,68(63.55%)hospitals set up the post responsibility system,45(42.06%)hospitals had the first acceptance test,41(38.32%)hospitals could all obtain the instruction manual.Conclusion:Hospitals should pay attention to the management of foreign devices and implants,improve the management system of foreign devices,and implement special personnel and posts for foreign devices,strengthen the quality management of all aspects of foreign device reprocessing,and carry out key quality control for weak links.Particular attention is paid to the first-time acceptance test and the increase in the proportion of access to instruction manuals to ensure the quality of medical care and patient safety.
